Cuidar-cuidarse: pensar al hombre cuidador de familiares mayores / Caring-self care: thinking about man who takes care of elder relatives / Cuidando-autocuidado: pensando no homem que cuida de familiares idosos

Presentar cómo, a partir de los antecedentes y referentes teóricos, se llegó a problematizar el cuidado que a sí mismos se procuran los hombres cuidadores de familiares mayores. Para esto se abordan analíticamente las concepciones: los hombres en el cuidado, para examinar su rol como cuidadores en diferentes momentos de la historia; el cuidado propio de los cuidadores, para cuestionar la asimetría y unidireccionalidad del cuidado; así como, el cuidado propio de los hombres, para considerar la oportunidad que cada hombre tiene de apropiarse de los discursos que promueven el cuidado propio. Esto permite aportar en ese reconocimiento de los hombres como seres-de-cuidados y preguntar por cómo cuidan y se cuidan así mismos en la actualidad, dados los cambios de estas formas y los efectos que dicho quehacer puede tener en el bienestar de los cuidadores, así como los aporte que estos puedan realizar en este

To present how, based on the background and theoretical references, the care that male caregiv-ers of older relatives provide for themselves was problematized. For this, the conceptions are analytically approached: men in care, to examine their role as caregivers at different moments in history; the carers' own care, to question the asymmetry and unidirectionality of care; as well as, the self-care of men, to consider the opportunity that each man has to appropriate the discourses that promote self-care. Para isso, são aborda-das analiticamente as concepções: homens no cuidado, para examinar seu papel de cuidador em diferentes momentos da história; o cuidado do próprio cuidador, para questionar a assimetria e unidirecionalidade do cuidado; bem como, o autocuidado dos homens, considerando a opor-tunidade que cada homem tem de se apropriar dos discursos que promovem o autocuidado. Child maltreatment: qualitative review of theoretical and methodological trends in intervention programs with an attachment perspective

Abstract. This review provides a qualitative comparative analysis of theoretical and methodological aspects of 27 studies in which the results of the implementation of programs involved in child maltreatment are presented with an attachment perspective. The studies were examined following the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network. It was found that the programs promote the development of maternal sensitivity, mentalization or reflective functioning and empathy, however, the underlying mechanisms are not differentiated according to the type of abuse to intervene. Likewise, it was found that despite the recognition of the mother's violent childhood experiences as one of the main predisposing factors for child abuse, it is a variable that is scarcely considered in the programs examined. These findings indicate the importance of developing intervention programs that consider a cumulative ecological risk perspective.
